4. When foaming occurs during printing, you can purchase the corresponding water-based defoamer from the ink supplier and add it appropriately, generally the proportion is 1%
5. When printing ink on the machine, the printer should pay attention to the consistency between the viscosity of the ink and that of the machine, so as not to affect the printing effect
6. During the printing process, the quality inspection personnel should strictly control the color. When the color deviation is very small, the printing machine captain can solve it by mixing the viscosity of the printing machine or ink. When the color deviation is large, inform the inker of the ink supplier for improvement
7. In case of poor printing effect during printing, such as unclear dot printing, unclear font printing, poor overprint effect, etc., the quality inspection shall immediately notify the supplier to solve it
